What Merini is and is not — identity, neutrality, revenue model, and community principles.

Identity — software, information, community

Merini is not a licensed financial investment firm (broker-dealer or investment adviser). Merini provides trading software such as charting/analysis tools, market and educational information, and a trader community. We are not registered or licensed with any securities or financial regulator.

Broker-neutral · no solicitation

Merini does not solicit or arrange trades with any particular broker. Users open and connect (BYO) an account at a broker of their own choosing. Merini does not intervene in or broker the transactions between users and their broker.

Revenue model — subscriptions

Merini's revenue comes from software/service subscriptions. We do not rely on rebates tied to broker trading volume or spreads.

Community guidelines (coming soon)

Community and ranking features are in preparation. When launched, all community, ranking, and trade-card content is for information sharing only; investment solicitation, investment advice, paid trade signals, and copy-trade promotion are prohibited. Rankings and live-trading displays are for information and record-keeping, and do not solicit you to copy any particular trade.

Investment risk disclosure

All content and information is not investment advice or solicitation. Investment decisions and their consequences are solely the responsibility of the user. Past performance does not guarantee future returns, and leveraged products can result in losses exceeding your principal. Users must trade only under their own name and with their own funds.
